As a lab manager no day is the same, but some of the things I am responsible for are: 

• Overview of daily operation of the laboratories of the Department of Biology.

• Management of the laboratories, finances and technical staff of the Department.

• Health and Safety supervision and corresponding training for students, new staff members and visitors aspiring to create a safe working environment for all.

• Overseeing the smooth usage of shared space and equipment on the floor.

• Collaboration for shared duties and responsibilities with other departments located in the Fogg Building.
