Results Release Support

At the end of each academic year, all students sit end-of-year exams, and we provide tailored support following the release of results.  

Post-Results Support & Remediation 

• Immediate Assistance: Support is available on results day and throughout the following week for students who need to re-sit exams. 

• Outreach: If you aren't ready to contact us immediately, our team will reach out to you within one working day of the SEB letter release. 

• Academic Remediation: To help you prepare for the re-sit period, the provides dedicated remediation sessions. Information regarding these sessions is published shortly after results. 

Booking a results release appointment  

You can book a results release appointment using the link found within your SEB outcome letter. If you experience issues when booking a results release appointment, please email us at student-support-malta@qmul.ac.uk with your availability, and we'll schedule the appointment for you.   

What can be discussed?  

No topic is too big or too small. Whether you need a safe space to process emotions like anxiety or disappointment, or you have practical questions about re-sits and repeating the year, we are here to help. We can also guide you through the appeals process and ensure you are connected with the right Queen Mary teams for additional support.
