Rachel Male is a Professor in Economics at Queen Mary University of London, specializing in applied macroeconomics.

Her research focuses on the analysis of business cycles for economies at different levels of development; examining, amongst other things, differences in output persistence, the synchronization of cycles, and international transmission of shocks.

Rachel received her PhD in Economics from the University of York.
