Programme

The Help to Grow is a nationally recognised development programme is designed for senior leaders of small and medium‑sized businesses who are looking to strengthen leadership capability and accelerate business performance.

Delivered by leading UK business schools accredited by the Small Business Charter, the programme combines academic expertise with practical, real‑world application. Participants engage in a blend of online learning, interactive workshops, peer networking and one‑to‑one mentoring, all tailored to the challenges faced by growing organisations.

Over 12 weeks, participants explore key areas including strategy and innovation, digital transformation, marketing, financial management, organisational design and leadership. The programme culminates in the creation of a tailored business action plan, providing a clear and actionable roadmap for future development. With a strong focus on strategic thinking, productivity and long‑term resilience, the programme enables business leaders to make informed decisions, implement change effectively and position their organisations for sustainable success.
