Feedback
We welcome feedback from students who have accessed our service. Your feedback is important to us and is fundamental to our process reviews and the future support of students. We regularly review your feedback to make sure that we are offering students the support they need.
Whilst we do collect feedback through platforms such as the Voice Committee and focus group meetings, we also use a standard form to collect feedback directly from students and stakeholders.
While we may contact students who have accessed our service to ask for feedback each semester, students can request a feedback form at any time. To request the feedback form please email the service on student-support-malta@qmul.ac.uk.
