SOL7001 Imagination and Social Justice

The module aims to equip students with knowledge of a range of approaches, including reflections on their values and limits, in relating law to questions of social justice. The aim is to equip students with the skills needed to read complex works in progressive jurisprudence critically, and thus to gain insight into the complex relations between law and social justice.
