ISCI Report Launch: Prof Jeremy Keenan on Mali’s Genocide (2023/24)

A map of Mali with Azawad, Kidal, and Gao marked out.This event launches a report by Professor Jeremy Keenan which presents detailed evidence that Mali’s military junta with its Russian Africa Corps ally, previously called and still known as the Wagner group, has been perpetrating a genocide against the Tuareg population of northern Mali since November 2023.
